What if I don't have a Credit Card?

Don’t have a credit card? No problem, PropIQ accepts EFT payments.

We do recommend that you follow the following process when purchasing a report using EFT as your payment method.

1. Send information about the property you want a property report on to contactus@propiq.co.za.
2. PropIQ will confirm if a property report is available for the property you specified as well as the price. PropIQ bank details and a reference will be provided which should be entered in the reference field when you make the EFT payment.
3. Very important: You need to forward PropIQ the proof of payment document generated by the bank, not a screenshot of the payment confirmation page. Proof of payment should be emailed to contactus@propiq.co.za.
4. Once proof of payment is received, PropIQ will forward you a copy of the report in PDF format.

The valuation is arrived at using a sophisticated statistical calculation of values from various sources including the Surveyor General Office, Deeds Office (transfers in the area), banks and estate agents. It is a GUIDE and should be used with other available information. It can never be as accurate as a valuation by a professional valuer or even an experienced estate agent with knowledge of the area. It is important to note that any improvement or deterioration of the property after it was transferred is not considered.
