PropIQ is an easy-to-use online tool that empowers consumers to make an informed decision whether to buy, sell or invest in a property.
An overview of what is included in the Property Report
The PropIQ property report is an in-depth report that includes key property information, including:
- Property information such as the official description of the property
- Valuation of the property (where available)
- Municipal valuation (where available)
- Owner information
- Comparable sales (last fifteen transfers that took place in the vicinity of the property)
- Closest amenities
- Transfer history
- Historical transactions relating to the property
- Suburb trends of the last 6 years showing price and number of sales
How to generate your Report
The process of purchasing your report is simple. It can be done in three easy steps:
- Identify the property
- Confirm your selection
- Pay for and view your report
Identify the Property
PropIQ offers two ways to identify a property.
The most common way is by street address, which can be done from the home page. If this doesn’t return the desired result, use the Advanced Search option to search by the official property description.
Searching by Street Address: Enter the address in free format in the Address field on the home page. You can improve your search result by including the suburb, e.g. 40 Ring Drive Three Rivers.
Advanced Searching: Select the Find a Property menu link followed by the Advanced Search option.
Property List
The property list will show the top fifty results that match your input criteria. Selecting an item from the list will be the last step in identifying the property. Make your selection by clicking on the item in the list. This action will take you to the confirmation page.
Confirm Selection
The confirmation page will display the description and owner of the property you selected as well as a list of information that should be included in the report.
Click on Proceed to Payment to advance to the payment page.
Pay for your Report
On the payment page you will be required to provide us with contact and payment details.
The name and email address provided will be used to send you a copy of the report. PropIQ’s secure online credit card payment facility will process the credit card details provided.
Important: For security reasons, PropIQ does not store credit card information.
View your Report
Once the payment is processed successfully, the report will be displayed on the website. A copy of the report together with your invoice will be sent to you at the email address you specified on the confirmation page.
